Terms
These terms apply to the Parta Watch Android application and the support service at watch.parta.app.
1. Product and purchase
Parta Watch is a paid Android open beta offered for a €14.99 one-off purchase, with no subscription. Purchase, delivery, refunds and taxes are also subject to the Google Play terms presented at purchase.
2. Beta status
Open beta software may contain defects, behave differently across devices or media formats, and change before general release. Compatibility depends partly on the Android device and its media decoders.
3. Licence and acceptable use
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application under the store licence terms. You must not unlawfully copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or interfere with the app, except where law permits it.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the videos you open and for having the rights needed to use them. Parta Watch processes videos locally and provides no cloud storage or account service.
5. Limitations
Micro-Sync transfers timeline position, playback rate and playing or paused state. It is not continuous frame-lock synchronisation, and a small residual delay may remain. Protan, Deutan and Tritan options are visual accessibility aids, not medical correction, diagnosis or treatment.
6. Support
Support and beta feedback are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Do not submit videos, unlawful material or sensitive information through the site.
7. Availability and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app and beta support service are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Questions may be sent to support@parta.app.
