Privacy Policy
This policy distinguishes the Parta Watch Android application from the support website at watch.parta.app.
1. The offline application
Parta Watch operates completely offline. It does not require an account or cloud service, and it contains no advertising, analytics or tracking. Videos remain on your device and are processed locally. The app does not upload them.
2. Support submissions
If you voluntarily submit the support form, we collect the email address, category, app version/build, device and Android version, description and reproduction steps you provide. Do not submit videos or sensitive information. This information is separate from the offline app and is used to investigate, respond to and manage the request.
3. Technical website data
The web server may record ordinary security and access logs, such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information. The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Essential security controls may process limited technical data to prevent spam or abuse.
4. Legal basis and retention
Support information is processed to respond to your request and for the legitimate interests of maintaining and improving the product. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security and record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
5. Sharing and transfers
Information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers needed for hosting or email, subject to appropriate safeguards, or disclosed where required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your support information, or object to or restrict processing. Some records may be retained where legally required.
